Dlife

Our D-Life groups are small group Bible studies intended to help disciples grow in their commitment to Jesus and maturity in Christian living. The goal is to equip and encourage one another through God's Word, prayer, and a caring community.

One effect of growth in commitment and maturity is the courage to share with others what the Holy Spirit is working in us. This is where we, as a faith family, grow together as deepen our understanding of how God's eternal truths apply to life today. This type of unity and understanding only come when we gather to study and work through the implications of Scripture.

Another invaluable benefit of disciples connected in smaller groups is we are able to encourage and strengthen one another as we bear our burdens. When we share our lives with each other we grow together as we see and experience God working through us for those we love.

When we view small groups as a vital means of growth, support, and community their significance becomes obvious. If you are new to Arbor, we invite you to visit our classes and choose the one that meets your needs.

Music Ministry

Each and every Sunday, folks come to Arbor Baptist Church to worship God. One of the ways people are able to worship is through music. Music is just one facet of worship, but to us, it is a very important portion of the Worship Hour.

Music sets the tone for the Word of God to be preached and taught. It prepares the hearts of those in attendance and to be ready to hear and respond to message God has placed on the heart of our pastor.

If you ask ten people what style of music they like, you will get ten different answers. We are aware of the changes in styles of music, and will attempt to sing all of the different styles - from the great old hymns to the

newer contemporary praise choruses. Stay around long enough, and we are bound to sing one of your favorite songs!

Children's Ministry

"...but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”  Matthew 19:14

Our children's ministry is facilitated by the families of the church who work alongside each other as co-laborers for the gospel.  For more information on how this works, email us!

Sunday

10:00 am Nursery age, Toddlers and Preschoolers encounter Jesus on an age appropriate level through play, music and art centered around the Bible lessons.

Our children in grades 1st-5th grades start the worship hour upstairs in "Big Church" for multi-generational family worship service.  The children are dismissed before the sermon to Children's Church for an age appropriate Bible lesson.
