what to expect

Every traveler along life's roadway needs help and hope beyond themselves. We have found our faithful help and enduring hope in JESUS CHRIST.

We are a community of needy sinners who love and care about God and people because Christ first loved and cared about us.

We worship God through serving, praying, singing,  reading and teaching of the Scripture.

You can expect to hear how the Scripture applies to your life and destiny. Most importantly, expect to encounter God and respond as the Holy Spirit leads.

When you join us we will be dressed casual and comfortable. We gather in an easy going atmosphere and we strive to greet everyone with Christian hospitality, friendship, and love.

what we believe

The following is a summary of our doctrinal beliefs.

The Baptist Faith and Message.

We believe there is one true and living God, who exists eternally, and reveals Himself to humanity in three equal and distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who through His perfect life and sacrificial death atoned for the sins of whosoever will trust in Him for salvation.

We believe that the Holy Spirit regenerates and indwells God’s people. The Holy Spirit empowers believers with all things necessary to trust, follow, and serve Jesus Christ.

We believe the Bible is the written word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is the revelation of God’s truth and is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and life.

We believe that all humanity is created in God's image, all are sinners, and totally unable to save themselves from God’s displeasure and wrath.

We believe that God's design for humanity is bound to the family, one man and one woman committed to one another for life.

We believe that salvation is by God alone, is based on His grace, not on any individual merit or foreseen faith. God is the author of salvation and man's response toward God is a response to God's initiative.

We believe that God is gracious and faithful to His people according to His promises.
